1. How does an ultrasonic cleaner work?
Ultrasonic cleaning works through high-frequency sound waves
transmitted through liquid to scrub clean the surface of immersed
parts. The high-frequency sound waves, typically 40 kHz, agitate
the liquid solution of water or solvent, and cause the cavitation
of solution molecules.
2. How can you tell the correct operation of an ultrasonic cleaner?
There are different methods to determine the correct functioning of
ultrasonic cleaners in daily operation. For example, the classic
"aluminum foil-Test" or the tentative distance of graphite from a
ceramic surface.
3. Why is this rinsing after cleaning important?
Rinsing is as important as cleaning in many applications and should
