Drywall Profile Stud Track Roll Forming Machines Light Gauge Steel Machine.This machine has 12 forming steps,and the roller's material is CR12 with quenching,the shaft material is 45# Steel,and the diameter is 40mm.
The transmission of this machine is gear transmission and it will control by PLC.

The cutting system is hydraulic tracking cutting system,it is non-stop cutting,so that it can save the cutting time,and improve the production speed.
The cutter material is CR12 MOV,the hardness of this material is higher and it is suitable for use as the cutter mold.
There is one oil pump connect the cutter,it will provide the power for the cutter.

This machine control by PLC,it can automatically measure the length of the product and the quantity of production, the operation is simple, workers only need to input the length and quantity of production, the machine can work automatically.

1. Guaranteed against malfunctions due to manufacturing defects for1 years after date of purchase except Electrical parts.
2. Repairs will not be performed even during the guarantee period in the follow circumstances

- Damage occurs due to a natural disaster

- Malfunction occurs due to user error

- Malfunction occurs due to modifications

- Malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation

40% in advance as down payment
60% is paid before the shipment is processed
