Description:
The new Venturi fertilizer injector is installed in parallel with
the water supply control valve at the entrance of the irrigation
system of the irrigation system. When in use, the control valve is
closed to form a pressure difference between the front and rear,
which can make the water flow through the throat of the Venturi
fertilizer injector. Inside the tube, there is a flow channel guide
device, which is designed with two taper nozzles. When pressurized
water enters the throat pipe, because the pipe diameter is rapidly
reduced, the flow velocity will increase rapidly. When the water
flow passes through the inlet pipe opening at the maximum speed, a
water jet is generated around the jet water column.
In the negative pressure zone, the fertilizer solution is evenly
sucked into the pipeline system from the open fertilizer bucket for
fertilization.
When installing, the water flow direction should be consistent with
the arrow direction on the fertilizer injector, otherwise it will
not
normal work.
The control valve on the main pipe should be able to be adjusted
slightly to achieve a proper working state. When installing, make
sure that the connection part does not leak, otherwise it will
affect the normal operation of the fertilizer injector.
