Our laser chuck is specially designed for laser pipe cutting
machine. The product itself can be used as an independent spindle,
with chucks in the middle that can firmly clamp the workpiece and
rotate at the same time.
The product has large clamping force and stable clamping;
Convenient adjustment, high efficiency; The rigidity is higher than
the long claw, the accuracy can be maintained for a long time, and
the phenomenon of the claw bending deformation will not affect the
rotary accuracy; The claw design length is short, the maximum
clamping force will not appear long claw bell mouth and slip,
clamping instability phenomenon; Chuck simple structure, light
weight, small moment of inertia, low energy consumption.
When using the chuck, the air pressure should be controlled in the
range of 0.4 ~ 0.9MPa, and the air pipe with pressure greater than
1.6MPa should be selected to connect to the product, and the air
pipe should be far away from heat source and open fire.
