3200/450m Triplex Wire Multi-Cylinder Paper Machine High-Strength Corrugated Paper

The equipment configuration of this paper machine can reach the predetermined production capacity, and the internal and appearance performance requirements of the paper machine are firstly considered.

Dewatering element of the net part: the panel is all ceramic (99% alumina is required for ceramic), the base is glass fiber reinforced plastic; the box is welded with stainless steel and subjected to special aging treatment.

Bearing requirements: imported NSK bearings are used for large roll diameters, NSK bearings are used for vacuum flat rolls, vacuum press rolls, and lower press rolls, and the rest use ZWZ Wafangdian Bearing Plant. The protection level of all auxiliary motors in the wet part shall not be lower than IP55. The protection level of auxiliary motors in all air hoods of the cadre shall not be less than IP55.
