Description of copper foil winding machine BRJ1400-2
Dry type transformer copper foil winding machine BRJ1400-2 is one
professional equipment for winding coils for cast resin transformer
and other similar products. The kind of copper foil winding
machine, i.e. Máquina de bobinado de láminas de aluminio, can
handle one or two layers of copper film or aluminium foil with
width from 300mm to 1400mm. The copper foil winding machine can
also wind one or two layers of layer insulation paper along with
foil. With automatic TIG welding unit, the foil winding macihne can
weld the conductor foil with the bus bar together. Moreover, the
copper foil winding machine can be customized as requested, such as
the foil decoiler expanding range. Usually, the foil decoiler
expanding range is from 420 to 520mm, which is suitable for the
conductor foil with inner diameter 500mm. The control system is
based on PLC.
