The second type is divided into local repair and overall repair
according to the repair length.
Local repair refers to the repair of short-distance pipes, generally with a
longitudinal length of less than 500mm.
Overall repair is to repair one pipe section at a time, that is, the pipeline
from one inspection well to another inspection well. Sometimes it
can even cross multiple inspection wells continuously. The length
of one-time repair varies from 20 meters to 50 meters to 100
meters, or even 300 meters.
The overall repair can be divided into semi-structural repair and
full structural repair, which are calculated and determined based
on the comprehensive consideration of the original pipeline damage
status: long-term modulus, long-term bending strength, Poisson's
ratio, groundwater load, water buoyancy coefficient, soil load,
soil density, and other factors.
The trenchless repair technology of the CIPP UV curing pipeline
