It can be made into any shape. High gravity tungsten alloy tube is a common material for radiation shielding and military products. For example, they are used as counterweights for hunting guns, hunting equipment, missiles, armour piercing bullets, oil drilling tools, etc.

What is Tungsten Heavy Alloy Billet?

1. Tungsten alloy tubes have the advantages of high density (higher than 60% of lead), good mechanical strength, low thermal expansion, good corrosion resistance, high radiation absorption capacity (higher than lead), simple economic cycle, high strength and high specific gravity, and are suitable for radiation shielding. The high gravity tungsten alloy tube provides the same radiation shielding capacity as lead, while reducing the volume and thickness of the shielding container.

2. Compared with lead and depleted uranium, tungsten alloys have the advantages of non-toxic and pollution-free. High gravity tungsten alloy tubes are mainly used for the protection of medicine bottles and syringes.

3. Tungsten alloy balls can be used as parts of prefabricated fragments. Prefabricated fragments form prefabricated steel balls, steel arrows, steel arrows, tungsten alloy balls, tungsten columns and other prefabricated fragments of shape and quality into a group of prefabricated fragments, which are installed on the outer or inner surface of the grenade.
