1. Application
The machine is suitable for stranding long length and section bare
aluminum copper,aluminum alloy, aluminum cable steel reinforcing
wires to product the following power cables,Sector shapped
conductors,round compacted .With high rigid, high performance, high
speed and low inertia.

3. Features
3.1 Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dual
active device.
3.2 Whole structure will be machined on the big horizontal lathe.
3.3 Take-up and traversing stand can use column type and portal
type as well.
3.4 The machine uses original imported PLC to control the whole
line, control the setting and running of respective electrical
equipment.
3.5 The most advanced emergency stop device, direct controlling
every reel. As soon as any wire breaks, the entire machine will
automatically stop at once.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers,
Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great
improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can
develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB
Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type
Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area
of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output
value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into
one of the most important Stranding Machine Manufacturer in China.
