Ring die is very important part of ring die pellet machine in the whole manufacturing process. The quality of ring die not only directly relates with the quality and output of pellets, but also the running state of equipment and maintenance cost for example: reduce energy consumption (granulation energy consumption accounts for 30%-35% of the total energy consumption of the entire workshop), and reduce production costs (the cost of pellet mill die loss accounts for 25%-30% of the maintenance cost of the entire production workshop).

the pellet mill rollers :

Roller shell, commonly known as pressure roller, is one of the main work parts in pellet machine and is applied for processing various kinds of biomass fuel pellet, animal feed pellet and other pellets. It is made of wear resistant alloy steel with carburization heat treatment, featuring even hardness and long service life.

Main technical paremeter of pressure roller shell :

• Size indication: outer diameter / inner diameter X width
• Surface processing type: through groove, closed groove, punching
• Material: according to customer requirements
• Hardness: HRC 58-62 according to diferent raw material

WARM TIPS:
1.The rollers should be correctly adjusted, make sure the hole inlets are not damaged by contact with the rollers or as a result of tramp metal;
2.Material should be evenly distributed across the whole working area;
3.Make sure that all holes work uniformly, opening the clogged holes if necessary;
4.When changing dies, carefully inspect the condition of the die seating surfaces and fixing systems including collar, clamp or wear ring.
