Wood hammer mill , also called wood crusher machine, it is a
special equipment which is used to grinding small size wood chips
into sawdust.
Wood hammer mill always comes with cyclone, air lock, stean fan,
and bag dust collector .
- Available raw material: wood chips ,wood bricks, shavings, straw,
peanut shell, palm shell, cotton seed, bamboo dust, rice husk,
elephant grass, sugar cane, pulp, olive dust, and so on.
- Applications: the hammer mill can be widely used in home made
production and industrial production in the field of agricultural,
wood and animal industry.
Performance characteristics
This series of hammer mill are welded with thickened steel plates.
Wear-resistant replaceable parts and double wear-resistant plates
are used in the pulverizing chamber and the parts in contact with
the material. The motor and the rotor of the pulverizer are
installed on the same heavy base, and are directly connected by
coupling Transmission, the rotor is verified by dynamic balance,
and can work in forward and reverse directions, and the hammers are
arranged symmetrically. The machine is simple in structure, fast
and durable, safe and reliable, easy to install, simple to operate,
small in vibration and high in productivity.

Note:The above indicators meet the following conditions, the
variety of raw materials, wood chips, moisture is not more than
13%, and the capacity is not less than 0.72T/m3. The sieve diameter
of the sieve plate of the pulverizer is Φ10, and the opening rate
is not less than 33%. The sieve aperture/opening ratio affects
throughput.
