1TH Sawdust Pellet Production Line 420 Wood Pellet Plant
The capacity of sawdust pellete production line is from 0.8-1tons
per hour. It is taking the mixture of softwood and hardwood sawdust
as feedstock, The proportion of softwood against hardwood goes 9:1,
with the moisture content of feedstock 12% or so.
The complete pellet production line mainly covers
pulverizing(sawdust no need this parts ), drying, mixing,
pelleting, cooling and packaging which it is including jumbo bag
and small bag. The smaller bagger used for 15KG per bag and the
bulk bagger for 1 ton can meet the demands for different weighs of
pellets in the market.
The sawdust Pellet Production Line raw material :
Sawdust (others such as :wood, logs, wood chips, palm
fiber,straw,rice husk, oak, pine, corn stalk, waste wood, waste
wood pallet, sawmill plant waste wood)
Require size: 3--5mm;
Moisture content: 10-15%

Diameter of final wood pellets: 6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm.
Length of wood pellet: Ajustable wood pellets

Brief introduction process :
- Chipping and grinding : Aimed at large raw material ,those feeding
can be pre-treated by chipper and grinder into 6mm which is
suitable for pellet process .
- Drying process : wood pellet plant request for moisture is about
8%-12% ,but the common water content provided is 45-50% thus it
must be dryied .
- Pelleting process : to press pre-treated material or pellet
directly into high density pellet .
- cooling and packing process : the temperature of finished coming
from pelleting machine is about 60-80°which is too high would
result in wetting back ,then the pellets get loose .So cooling
process is necessary .
FAQ:
How did you define your wood sawdust pellet mill model as 420 /
508, etc. ?
The model is defined based on the diameter of the ring die mould.
For example, mould 420 means that the diameter of the ring die is
420 mm.
2) what kind of raw material that the ring die mould is made of?
There are two kinds of ring die mould in the market. one is made of
alloy steel, the other is made of stainless steel. the former is
cheaper than the latter.
We adopt stainless steel ring die and press roller sheel in our
machine.
3) what about the size of the final product wood pellet?
the size is adjustable accroding to your requirement.
the diameter range of the sawdust pellet is ø6-10 mm by using
different size of ring die mould.
the length of the pellet could be adjusted by the cutter on the
machine.
5) What is the suitable moisture (water content) of the raw
material that easy to make pellet?
the ideal moisture range is from 15% to 18% .
