After hydrochloric-acid pickling hot rolled steel plate can be
cold-rolled. When hot rolled steel plates are acid pickling in
hydrochloric solution, iron and ferric oxide on surface of
hot-rolled steel plate shall be washed away by hydrochloric acid.
And then hydrochloric acid shall transform into chloride majored by
FeCL2 and dissolve into hydrochloric acid solution. Along with acid
pickling proceeding, iron ion density in hydrochloric acid solution
will go up, while dissociated HCL density will go down. In order to
maintain the density of free HCL in the acid solution, remove the
iron ion increased, the waste acid pickling solution will be sent
to acid regeneration device to regenerate free acid which shall be
returned into acid pickling unit for waste acid reutilization. At
the same time, ferric oxide is obtained.
