High Quality of Push-pull Acid Pickling Production line 200,000t/y
Pre-cleaning section cleans the coils independently. Water spraying
section adopts water circled spraying method. Flushing water is
added from 4th grade cleaning tank. It locates in water collection
box is at bottom of cleaning tank. Then flushing water flows from
4th grade to 1st grade gradually and at last discharges into
flushing water collecting tank from 1st grade overflow port. Whole
acid pickling tank and flushing water tank are controlled by
negative pressure.
Exhausts at entries and exits of various sections draw out acid
frog to washing tower of waste acid recycling station. It is
discharged out of plant after flushing by spraying water. There is
about 12000m3/h waste air discharged, among which there is less
than 20mg/m3 of hydrogen chloride.
Coils are dried by hot wind dryer and hot wind heating use vapor
heat exchanger. The coiler is cantilevel type tensional strength
coiler, the coiling tensional strength is setup through 3-roller
driven tension bridle roll, and EPC is set to control the trimming
coiling for a uniform edge. In exit uncoiling section unloading car
driven by hydraulic shall transport the coils to unloading table.
The electric control system is constituted by power distribution
system, ac frequency conversion motor transmission device, ac
frequency conversion motor controlling unit, PLC operation control
system, general operation platform, individual operation platform
and uncoiling industrial monitoring system. System operation
control is completed by PLC programmable controller; the operation
system also includes the chain controlling function from the
auxiliary process system of the acid pickling unit.
