Equipment Overview

This chamber is used to verify the corrosion resistance of iron metal or the iron metal inorganic film or organic film test, such as: electroplating, anode processing, conversion coating, painting, ect.
It is one of the test equipment for "three prevention" (humidity, heat, salt fog, mould) of artificial climate environment. It is an important test equipment for studying the environmental adaptability and reliability of machinery, national defense industry, light industry, electronics, instrumentation and other industries

1. There is an automatic/manual watering replenishment system, the water can be automatically replenished when the water level is insufficient, to ensure the test is not interrupted.
2. The mist can be adjusted by the precision glass nozzle adjusts, and spreads evenly through the cone diffuser of the spray tower, naturally falls on the test piece, and ensures there is no crystal salt to block the nozzle.
3. The temperature controller is a digital display one, PID control error of it is ±0.1 °C.
4. Double over-temperature protection, insufficient water level warning to ensure safe use.
5. The test chamber adopts direct steam heating method, and the heating rate is fast and uniform, which reduces standby time.
6. The saturated air barrel is heated and humidified by Henry's law. And provide the required humidity.
