How to use disposable surgical mask correctly?

Answer :

When wearing a medical surgical mask, the side of the nose clip shall face upward, the dark side shall face outward, and the folds shall be pulled up and down to make the mask cover the mouth, nose and mandible; Press the nose clip to make it close to the bridge of the nose to prevent lateral leakage. Wash hands according to the procedures before wearing the mask, and avoid touching the inside of the mask.
The mask shall be replaced every 2-4 hours after wearing. If the mask is dirty, deformed, damaged or has peculiar smell, it shall also be replaced in time. After the mask is removed, the side contacting the mouth and nose should be folded inward. If it needs to be used again, it can be hung in a clean, dry and ventilated place, or placed in a clean and breathable paper bag; If it is no longer used, it should be placed in a fixed place to avoid cross infection.
Children should not wear adult masks. Parents should help children wear masks correctly and pay attention to the wearing situation at any time. Infants and young children should not wear masks, which is easy to cause asphyxia.
