1. Introduction
Oxidation pellet rotary kiln is the main production equipment for
calcination of pellets in the pelletizing plant. The accuracy of
temperature detection at each point in the rotary kiln plays a
decisive role in the quality, output, energy consumption, cost and
safe operation of the equipment. The rotation of rotary kiln brings
many inconvenience to accurately measure the temperature inside
rotary kiln. Therefore, choosing accurate, economical and practical
temperature measuring system of rotary kiln is an important means
to ensure the normal production of rotary kiln.
In 2003, a Φ5×33m oxidized pellet kiln was manufactured to fill the
gap in China. In 2005, "world kiln king" Φ 6.58×47.2m pellet kiln

2. Case: The first 3 million ton oxidation pellet production line
in China successfully reached the standard and reached production
The first stage production line of Yangzhou Taifu 2×3 million tons
oxidized pellets project contracted by Luo Mine successfully
reached the standard and reached production.
This project is the first 3 million ton pelletizing production line
in China. The smooth production line of the first phase reached the
standard and reached the production, which set a new benchmark in
the complete pelleting field and laid a foundation for the company
to further strengthen the complete pelleting project.
It is estimated that the production capacity of the first phase of
the production line reaches 9,600 tons after 24 hours of continuous
operation, exceeding the designed capacity of 9,200 tons, which is
highly appraised by the owner. In this project, the main equipment
of oxidizing pellet production line includes grate 5.2×57 m, rotary
kiln 6.4×43 m in diameter, ring cooler 22 m in diameter, disk
pelletizer 7.5 m in diameter, rotary drum dryer 4.0×30 m in
diameter, 500t/h strong mixer and so on, which fully shows the
company's core manufacturing and total package capacity.
