Operation Dry Mortar Premix Plant
Production Description of Dry Mortar Premix Plant:
MG newly designed Automatic Premixed Mortar Production Line with an
annual output of 100,000-300,000 tons is mainly composed of two
parts: sand drying system and ready-mixed mortar mixing system. A
crushing sand making system can also be added as needed.
It mainly includes sand drying system, screening system, raw
material storage system, automatic batching system, pneumatic
system, dedustion system, finished product packaging system, bulk
tanker packaging system, and automatic control system. It can equip
the real time dynamic monitoring as required.
Working principle of Dry Mortar Premix Plant:
The production line abandons the traditional ground batching form
and adopts the top layout mode of the tower layout, which greatly
reduces the material mix delivery time, improves production
efficiency, and reduces production costs.
According to the production requirements, the mixing system can use
4-10m3 large-capacity gravity-free double-shaft high-efficiency
mixer with short mixing time and high mixing precision. The
complete set of equipment is controlled by PLC automatic control
system in real time, with high degree of automation management and
friendly working environment.
Automatic Delivery Palletizing System:
- Automatic Conveying and Stacking System can automatically realize
the transportation and turning of packaging materials, ash removal,
shaping, code spraying, heat sealing, stacking, winding and
laminating, etc.
- Stacking robot is the product of organic combination of mechanical
and programmable PLC, which provides higher production efficiency
for modern automatic production and replaces repetitive and heavy
manual labor.
Pneumatic Conveying:
- This system can adopts the dense phase intermittent batch transport
or dilute phase continuous transport as the production requirement.
- It can be used to transport various powder materials such as
emulsion powder powder, cellulose and multi-functional additives,
fine particles and granule such as calcium powder, glass beads and
fine sand.
- High conveying accuracy, small residue without mechanical wear, low
energy consumption, without original properties of materials
damaged, support long-distance continuous or intermittent transport
(80-500 meters).
