Our die-cutting and creasing machine are available for many
materials, such as cardboard, corrugated board, plastic and
leather.
They are wildly used in printing, package, decoration industry.
Function
1. Equip with four insurance parts and four functions. The
insurance part including gantry insurance, triangle insurance, hand
shank insurance and automatic light-operated insurance to makes the
machine safety and reliable.
2. The brake clutch adopts electric suction plate brake clutch to
keep the braking sensitive and reliable.
3. Adjustable template makes the plate loading, unloading more
easily.
4. Three functions including single piece pressing cutting,
continuous pressing cutting and time-delay when start machine, the
delay time can be adjusted, the time can be adjusted from 0.1s to
9.9s.

* Sliding bearings are made of high quality alloy cooper, thus to get
effect of anti-frietion and shake reducing.
* Flywheel is with big mlomentof force and heavy pressure.
* High strength due to one piece casting by using top-ranking
material for machine frame.
* Single plate electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.
* With functions of single, continuous and opening dwell operation,
dwell range is adjustable.
