Fully Automatic 3-in-1 Laminating Machine is capable of laminating
two sheets of corrugated cardboard and any type of face paper or
three cardboards together Feeders are designed to make sturdy
5-layer boards One top feeder for printing cardboard or paper Two
basin feeders for different combinations of corrugated boards such
as A+A_A+B₁A+E_E+B_E+E_B + B or simply laminated top layer paper
and one bottom corrugated board In addition, two bottom corrugated
boards will be laminated to 4 ply corrugated board. Multi-purpose

 | 1.Surface Paper Feeding Part
The Feeding device made in Taiwan ensures that the feeding of
surface paper is smooth and accurate. |
 | 2.Surface Paper Conveying Part The unique structural design of the curved paper conveying parts,
using a new soft material PU wear-resistant rubber sun protection
wheel matching paper strip, which makes the paper stabilizes and
smooth. Wear is caused on the print surface of the paper. It is
very suitable for paper from different thicknesses. |
 | 3.Alignment System of Surface Paper
The specially designed synchronous paper pusher ensures that the
top paper and the bottom paper enter the pasting part at the same
time. It can be fine-tuned during work. |
 | 4.Bottom Paper Feeding Part
Imported suction feeding device with punching belts ensures stable
feeding at high speed. It is suitable for cardboard heavier than
300g/m2, corruggated boards of A,B,C,D,E,F,N and three, five or
seven layers. |
 | 5.Bottom Paper Conveying Part
The specially designed synchronous paper pusher ensures the stable
and accurate conveying of cardboard above 300g/m2 and A, B, C, E, F
and three- and five-layer corrugated cardboard. |
 | 6.Driving System
Imported wear-resistant synchronous belt, pulley with pusher,
adjustment system and alignment mechanism ensure a paste tolerance
of ±1.5mm and reduce tearing. |
 | 7.Adjustment System
Fine regulator completely manufactured in Japan is adopted, which
actualizes the adjustment of pasting tolerance during the course of
working with high speed, thus improving the working efficiency. |
 | 8.Electrical Control Part
All the electrical power adopted the worl drenowned brands, steady
and dureable, frequency speed govering, lower noise and energy
conservation. |
 | 9.Glue suppling and Gumming System
The automatic gluing system is detected by the electric fluid
controller, and the gluing is automatically added during the
pasting process. The glue thickness can be adjusted according to
the paper. The glue recycling system avoids the waste of glue and
swing glue, ensuring accurate and neat fit. The unique anilox
roller applies glue evenly, even for cardboard and corrugated
paper. |

Q2. What is the machine warranty?
A: One year. After the warranty, we still provide technical support
to buyer at low cost.
Q3. What is the production time while placing order?
A: Normally about 20-30 days.
Q4. What is the delivery time?
A: 35-50days after deposit.
Q5. Can your company handle shipping for customers?
A: Yes, just give us destination sea port or container yard.
Q6. Does the packing strong?
A: Yes. Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is
suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of
weather conditions. A full set of maintenance and operation manuals
is included.
Q7. How about the machine installation and training?
A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send
technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and
training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations,
plus each technician charges USD100/per day.
Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For
special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.
Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before
delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will
give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine
before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test
running, you need to pay for the cost of the material
Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery.
Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
