1. Automatic feeding device: This device adopts powerful suction
head with European technology. 4 suction and 5 feeding function,
adjustable smooth and stable, can be adjusted according to paper
style and different bending angles to obtain a wide range of
applications. 2 sets of laser control devices to avoid collision,
equipped with non-stop feeding system to improve work efficiency.
2. Die-cutting: The castings are made of high-strength resin sand
technology, and the pneumatic clutch drives the high-precision worm
and worm gear to ensure that the deformation of the die-cutting
stress is small and the high-speed operation is stable. High-speed
intermittent device drives German chain, special process aluminum
alloy, double positioning to ensure accuracy. The frame, air lock
device, and group change overturn device (optional) make it easier
for the second mold change, bump cutting, and mold replacement, and
also save time and cost. Automatic pressure regulating device
(optional), the pressure regulation is easier and more
controllable.
3. Feeding: It adopts synchronous conveying, running smoothly, and
the feeding rack with air spring is more convenient to operate.
There are push-pull dual-purpose side gauges on both sides, the
front gauge positioning device is adjustable, and the imported
laser positioning device makes the positioning more accurate. It
also has empty sheet, slant sheet and double sheet control devices
to ensure the accuracy and smoothness of paper feeding and reduce
paper waste. The single-point clutch function can separate or
synchronize paper feeding and cutting at any time, making the
operation easier.
4. Stripping: a stripping device consisting of an upper frame, a
middle frame and a lower frame. The three linkage frames transmit
power with ease. The axis can do curvilinear motion. It can improve
the demolding stability and cooperate with the center line to
quickly change the mold. Pre-set shelves (optional) can be
pre-typed outside the machine, reducing the time of typesetting.

5. Paper feeding: It adopts mechanical transmission brush pressing
device, with bidirectional blowing device, and paper feeding is
smooth. Set the speed to slow down or stop feeding when the paper
is full, or choose the auxiliary feeding device to feed paper
without stopping. Air-controlled sampling, tabulation of any number
of sheets, and automatic stop function when set to a fixed sheet.
6. Others: The machine adopts imported electrical components and
imported bearings. Internal and external lubrication, internal oil
circulation system, external PLC automatic control oil pump system,
keeping the machine interface easy to operate, and has a fault
display function, which can prompt faults through sound and light
alarms and troubleshoot time. A flash drive (USB) makes it easy to
upgrade the system.
