1. Description
This kind of cylinder is a light rotary cylinder with through hole,
which can process long shaft parts. Check valve built-in
self-locking mechanism to prevent pipe damage and pressure source
loss, to ensure the stability of workpiece clamping. The cylinder
is safe and reliable, high speed, long service life, all the
internal parts are imported original. And can be customized
according to the different requirements of customers.
Rotary cylinder uses a certain pressure of hydraulic oil acting on
the side of the sector rotor to generate force. The rotor is fixed
with the shaft, and the rotor turns the shaft. Stator and rotor
outside the same radius as the rotor fan hole. Rotor and housing
type moving parts should be sealed.
Large rotary through hole hydraulic cylinder can accommodate a full
range of multi-size pipelines. Because the rotary cylinder directly
pushes the parts to rotate, the movement accuracy is improved and
the operation is stable. Moreover, the rotary cylinder block or end
cover can be made into foot type or flange type, so that it is
flexible in combination machine tools or automatic line
configuration.
