spindle tail control mechanism to achieve clamping and loosening
action. This product is wedge-shaped three-jaw through hole with
large diameter, especially suitable for the clamping of
special-shaped objects. Sliding surfaces are hardened, precision
ground and directly lubricated. The advantage of this product lies
in its high rigid structure and high clamping accuracy. Its
advantages are: 1. Compared with manual chuck, pneumatic chuck just
click the button, instant automatic centering, clamping workpiece,
and clamping force is stable and reliable, adjustable size,
customers can choose comb tooth soft claw, hard claw, customized
special-shaped claw, and can adjust the comb tooth position
according to the size of the workpiece to process all kinds of
parts; 2. Improve work efficiency, can realize one person to
operate more than one CNC machine tools;
Products are suitable for gear processing, disk type, short shaft
type of workpiece processing.
