1. Application

Also used in iron ore, sandstone, gypsum, high furnace slag, lump coal and other hard ore crushing.

2. Working principle

The machine is mainly composed of frame, rotor, hammer head, lining plate, inlet, outlet and other parts. The motor drives the rotor by triangular belt rotation, so that the hammer head fixed on the rotor runs at high speed, so that the material and hammer head and inner wall lining plate fully impact, thus crushing the material in the crushing chamber.

3. Structural Features

The machine is mainly composed of frame, rotor, hammer head, lining plate, feed port, discharge port and other components. It has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, small energy consumption, stable operation, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.
