3. Capacity calculation

The raw material width is 1000mm, the thickness is 3.0mm, the finished product is 1.2mm, and the roll weight is 15 tons.The rolling passes are 4 passes, the average rolling time of each pass is about 15 minutes, unloading and loading are 3 minutes in total, and the total rolling time is 50 minutes per roll.

Daily output of 10 hours: 10h×60min÷50min×15t≈180 tons

　Output for 25 days per month: 180 tons ×25 = 4500 tons
