Use
Magnesium alloys and casting magnesium alloys are widely used in
the welding of optical instruments, automotive accessories and
civilian magnesium products and crafts. It is a special magnesium
compound welding wire for welding and repairing magnesium alloy
fracture, cracks, and needle -eye air pores.
Magnesium alloy has a good earthquake resistance and can withstand
a greater impact load than aluminum, so there are many forging and
casting products abroad.
Features:
The welding of magnesium alloys has the following characteristics:
(1) The boiling point of the magnesium alloy is low (1100 ° C).
Under the high temperature of the melting welding, it is easy to
evaporate, and explosion to form splashes;
(2) Magnesium alloy melting points are low, high thermal
conductivity, high -power welding thermal source should be used
during welding, so the weld and near seam areas are prone to
overheating, grain grown, crystalline bias and other phenomena,
which affects joint performance;
(3) The chemical properties of magnesium are lively. It is easy to
generate MGO and MGN with oxygen and nitrogen reactions in the air.
It is easy to form a small piece of solid -like slag in the weld.

welding;
(4) The wire expansion coefficient of magnesium alloy is large, and
it is easy to deform during welding, producing large thermal
stress, and easy to produce heat cracks;
