preheating pipes post weld heat treatment / PWHT , widely applied and welcomed by oil&gas piping,

We have movable type with40kw, 80kw, 120kw, 160kw .

For portable type, we have 5kw, 10kw. Such as 40kw induction heating equipment applied in PWHT,

the suitable pipe size with Diameter of 200-1600mm and Thickness of 25-120mm, heating temperature

will reach 788℃ at most. It can heat both carbon steel pipes and stainless steel pipes.

Besides, application of welding preheat, joint anti-corrosion coating and shrink fitting are also very efficient.
