F series freezer dryer uses the principle of refrigeration to cool the compressed air, so that the moisture in the compressed air is saturated and precipitated, and finally the compressed air is dried.
The design feature of the F-series refrigerated dryer is that the dried compressed air will be reheated by exchanging with the inlet compressed air before leaving the desiccant, and the inlet compressed air will be pre-cooled.
This is beneficial to reduce the consumption of cooling energy, and because the outlet temperature is increased, the possibility of condensate water reappearing due to the temperature drop of the back-end management is reduced.

1. There is no compressed air loss during the entire drying process, and the electronic drain valve is also equipped with zero air consumption;
2. For the variable frequency dryer, the refrigeration compressor is automatically controlled by frequency conversion and speed regulation according to different working conditions, which is more energy-saving;
3. For the air-cooled dryer, the condenser is equipped with a pressure sensor to control the operation of the cooling fan;
4. For the water-cooled dryer, the water outlet of the condenser is equipped with a water volume regulator;
5. Under standard conditions, the pressure dew point can reach the best state of 3 degrees Celsius;
6. All use high-efficiency and environmentally friendly refrigerants.
