Hydraulic CNC Guillotine shear metal cutting machine with E21s system

The machine adopts steel plate welding structure, the frame adopts finite element analysis and design, vibration aging eliminates internal tress, so that the fuselage is stable and reliable. The rolling guide wheel supported by three points can eliminate the support gap and improve the shearing accuracy. The cutting angle of the tool holder can be adjusted in a certain range, which can reduce the deformation of the shearing material to the ideal state and shear the super thick sheet metal. The cutting stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily to improve the working efficiency and realize the segmented shearing function. Manual lifting function is designed for the back stop, which is convenient for super long sheet cutting. The inner side of the wall panel is equipped with a manual oil pump, which is easy to operate and ensures the lubrication of key parts. Plug in hydraulic system can slow down the rise of oil temperature and enhance the reliability and safety of machine tool operation.
