Embedded parts
What is an embedded part? These are just the metal elements of the
frame in the structure, made of angle beams, round bars or flat
bars. Pre-embedded components are installed (embedded!) into the
frames of various structures prior to filling with concrete so that
they can be welded later when these blocks made of reinforced
concrete are assembled together
Embedded parts can be divided into two types - they can be open or
closed. It depends on the position of the bolt relative to the flat
element. Anchors can be placed parallel, perpendicular, inclined or
mixed. The rod can be threaded if necessary
Welding and press forming are produced in our factory. They may be
suitable for both lightweight concrete and heavy-duty concrete
structures. They will only be made of suitable metals that meet
technical and standard requirements. All design specifications are
strictly adhered to, welding methods are fully compliant with
design standards, corrosion protection is provided, and embedded
parts are secured by various methods as appropriate
Welded embedded parts are mainly composed of bolts welded on the
plate. Various attachment methods can be used depending on the
nature of the forces affecting the part, the location of the part
and its ease of installation within the frame
We can produce embedded parts with complex designs, including
welded angles, rigid anchors, regular anchors and inclined anchors
We also produce press-formed embedded parts. They are suitable for
smaller loads. It may be a reinforced concrete element of a large
slab building or a component that transfers loads from wall panels
to columns. The parameters of the embedded parts are in full
compliance with the design specifications
Often embedded parts are not painted or coated. Only those parts
may have a coating that was not cast with concrete and left out of
the concrete panel for later attachment to other metalwork
