Guangzhou Haoshun Mold Tech Company (HMT) was founded in 2007 with
more than110 employees, covers 5000㎡, which is a professional
manufacturer specialized in prototyping (3D printing / CNC
machining / Vacuum casting), toolmaking and plastic molded
production. We have 21 injection machines ranging from 50 to 1250
tons for molding.
We’ve been committed to provide varied prototype, toolings and
injection molded products for our customers in high quality with
short delivery time. And we have passed ISO9001 quality management
system certification in 2015. Under the ISO9001 quality control
system, it standardizes our factory scientific management
comprehensively.

Q1:What are the main oversea markets of Haoshun Mold Tech?
Our regular oversea customers are from the USA, Canada, the UK,
Italy, Germany, France, Russia and India etc.
Q2:Avalibable for customized design drawings?
Yes, sure. All of our molds and parts are customized. Please
provide the model and drawing in STEP, IGES, PDF, DXW, ect. format.
So that we can further check the part structure, dimension and
weight.
Q3:Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we can sign the NDA/NNN before you send the drawings and keep
secret for your projects and designs.
Q4:What’s the MOQ?
We do not have the MOQ requirements, but usually the more quantity
the more competitive price.
Q5: How you do the quality control?
1). Materials inspection by IQC;
2). The first sample inspected by QC, QC will do over check as per
the parameters list and critical dimensions requested by customers,
to decide if it can go ahead for production;
3). During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded
parts every 2 hours, ensure no any rejects;
4). FQC will check the parts before sending to the warehouse;
5). Full inspected by OQC before delivery.
