1. Description
The chuck is a 4-jaw full stroke main chuck specially designed for
laser pipe cutting equipment.
This has a rotating independent spindle in the middle, which can
firmly hold the workpiece and rotate simultaneously. After the base
of the product is fixed, it only needs to add the supporting motor
and connect with the gear, and then connect the compressed air
source (0.3-0.9mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece
to rotate. Chuck for full stroke operation, no need to adjust the
position of the four claws. Can clip round tube, square tube,
rectangular tube, improve production efficiency. Compared with
similar products on the market, the chuck has higher rotation
accuracy and repetition accuracy, as well as higher clamping force,
its center height of 315mm, clamping range of 8-228mm.
The products can be widely used in special laser pipe cutting
machine and other pipe processing machine system.
