Firstly, high purity magnesia sand and magnesia powder are calcined
for three times to allow full expansion and contraction of magnesia
sand and magnesia powder. Then proportion of magnesia grains is
made according to the formulation requirements.

1. Spread the material in the bottom with thichness of100mm to
150mm and rammed
hard,
2. Clean the surface, repeat the ramming work once again
3. Put a piece of steel sheet on the surface to avoid damage on the
surface when putting scrap and hot metal.
