1. Hammer crusher product introduction:
Hammer crusher is widely used in concentrator, refractory factory,
cement factory, glass factory and other industrial departments of
fine grinding medium hardness materials. Can be used for dry, wet
two forms of crushing, wet is the material seepage wet grinding,
dry does not allow water seepage and dry grinding.
2. USES:
Used in coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, electricity
and other departments in the broken page or finely coal, coal
gangue, limestone, stone, feldspar, gypsum, coke, brick, brick
rubble, salt and sulfur, phosphorus, limonite, this machine has the
advantage of light body is compact, simple structure, easy
operation and maintenance, broken than large, after crushing, less

energy consumption, etc.
3. Hammer crusher scope of application
(1) PCF series single section square box hammer crusher is suitable
for crushing limestone, marl, sandstone, shale, gypsum, coal and
other hard materials with compressive strength < 100MPa.
(2) PC series hammer crusher is suitable for crushing brittle,
medium hard that is, the surface moisture is not more than 2%,
compressive strength is not more than 150Mpa of all kinds of
materials.
(3) DSJ series of hammer crusher is suitable for drying and
crushing and drying soft abrasive material, such as gypsum, chalk,
clay, slurry filter cake, etc., such as for industrial by-products
such as gypsum, flue gas desulfurization gypsum were scattered,
drying and calcining, the machine is high efficiency, low energy
consumption, at the same time of drying is scattered and broken.
The rotating rotor will break up the material, hot air will dry the
material, air flow will have broken and dried material to the
separation chamber, fine powder then into the cyclone cylinder
separation, coarse particles back into the hammer crusher again
broken.
(4) PCH ring hammer crusher, suitable for crushing all kinds of
brittle materials, such as coal, coal, coke, slag, red sandstone,
shale, loose limestone and so on. The compressive strength of the
material shall not exceed 100MPa, and the surface moisture shall
not exceed 15%.
