1) Longitudinal stroke
In order to adapt to the characteristics of slender parts of aluminum profiles, the work surfaces of CNC machining centers for aluminum profiles are mostly narrow and long shapes. Width not exceeding 500mm; length 6500mm to 7000mm to accommodate typical 6 meter profile processing. Pneumatic clamps and positioning backing plates are standard on the worktable, which is convenient for workpiece positioning and fixing.
There are three kinds of structure layout of aluminum profile machining center: moving column type, gantry type and moving beam type. The three layouts have their own advantages and disadvantages in the performance indicators such as machine rigidity, stable operation and convenient operation.
The machining center equipped with the A axis (rotating around the X axis) can complete the processing of three sides of the aluminum profile in one clamping.

2) High spindle speed
The maximum speed of the spindle of the general machining center is generally below 8000rpm; while the maximum speed of the spindle of the aluminum profile machining center can reach or even exceed 18000rpm. Due to the high speed, an integrated permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle is generally used, which integrates functions such as tool clamping, air blowing, and circulating water cooling.
