1.Introduction

KCF461 series level sensor is according to the principle of capacitance, using rf capacitor jump to change measuring technology to realize the measurement of height of liquid. Output signal with high level c hange and continuous change, no steps, high accuracy, high reliability. The elastic components, is no moving parts, impact resistance, easy installation, can be installed on all occasions for gasoline, diesel oil, oil level of the hydraulic oil and other various liquid for accurate measurement and control.

This series of sensor is measuring level measuring instrument, has the very high resolution and accuracy of measurement. It without human intervention, automatic calibration, does not exist temperature drift, and could not be affected by changes in the media. That is with a sensor, no matter be measured medium is water or gasoline or diesel, no matter how the temperature changes, it can correct output level highly accurate signal. Thoroughly solved the ethanol and gasoline, methanol fuel, and other media difficult the problem of measurement, and it solves the different areas for oil different and temperature of the label huge differences of the measurement error problem. At present the technology in China is unique, in international leading level.

4.Calibration process

Sensor adopts the technology of the microcomputer, without calibration can be applied directly to all kinds of weak corrosive liquid measurement

5.Installation

• Before installation, please check accessories: flange, rubber ring, O ring and screws;
• Put the sensor root into the O ring;
• Apply oil resistant sealant on the two sides of rubber ring, then put the flange of accessory and flange of tank hole to hole, use the screws to fix the two flanges together. Take turns to tight them with symmetric strength.
• Put the sensor into the tank by the flange hole, tight it with wrench. That is the installation of oil level sensor.
• Wiring power cord and communication line respectively according to the definition.

• Inspect the line, if they are normal, power on the sensor, it will be working normal.
• The installation position of sensor, should as far as possible close to the center tank, thus reducing the impact on the oil level fluctuations.
