Introduction Introduction:
MPG series sealing roller mills are equipment for special
industries such as rare earth materials, metal oxides, charge
alloys and metal silicon. In particular, it has good sealing
performance of the whole machine. It can isolate the pulverized
material from air, implement inert gas protection, avoid oxidation,
and prevent combustion and explosion. This machine is mainly
suitable for the crushing of various solid brittle materials with
compressive strength not greater than 250Mpa and feeding particle
size not greater than 5mm, and is widely used in various special
industries.
The machine consists of machine body, rollers and other components.
The spindle drive by V-belt from motor, the roller operate
according been turned trajectory, crushing the materials in
crushing chamber. The machine is equipped with adjustment screw in
front and rear. The crusher left size with shield to ensure safety,
the machine with groove and bearing, the bearing can readily inject
oil. Front mounted with hand wheel, sprockets and chain, and rear
equipped with springs to easy adjustment, generally please don’t
adjust it. In order to avoid failure and safe use the equipment,
please attention the parallel when adjusting.

1: What's the standard length of your profiles and tube?
A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for
small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a
surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged
accordingly based on each individual invoice.
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of
USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom
handing cost purpose.
Q3: what is your payment terms?
A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight,
T/T preferred.
Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?
A: 1-3 working days for small order, and 3-10 working days for mass
production of material, and the final lead time will be subject to
each individual invoice.
