Product Introduction

cord fabric, 1260D9091(1*2)and natural rubber, .All the rubber we
use is natural rubber , not any reclaimed rubber .

performance of our rubber , the aging of rubber has been greatly
improved now. Our rubber has been tested at -40℃, the tensile
strength at normal temperature is 18.4MPa.After -40℃, 120 hours
testing , the tensile strength is 15.9MPa , there is no obvious
change in appearance.
Our Yokohama rubber fenders are also used in Canada ,Russia etc.
After six months, customers’ feedback is our Yokohama fenders are
still perform well, there’s no obvious change on the surface.
4. The outer chain and tyre net .
Chain - we have hot-dip galvanized chain and stainless steel chain
according to customer’s request
Tyre- we have truck tyre and aircraft tyre according to customer’s
request.
All the chain and tyre nets fitted with appropriate shackles ,
swivel and rubber sleeve etc.
