Descripition
- This model machine is mainly designed for production of big hollow
blow molding products, such as 1000L IBC tanks, water tanks, etc.
- Equipped with accumulator type die head, the extrusion system with
high output.
- Standard hydraulic servo system save energy and stable.
Electronic control system: Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, HMI operation
screen(Chinese & English), All data settings, changes, search,
monitoring, fault diagnosis and other functions can be achieved on
the touch screen, touchless working principle, durable components.
Hydraulic system: proportional pressure control, equipped with
famous brand hydraulic components, which are stable and reliable.
Material injection: Independent single (large) oil cylinder
injection to ensure the concentricity of the injection material,
and absolutely avoid the asynchronous phenomenon of double oil
cylinders. Tongda's unique technology:10-stage pressure wall
thickness control function, which reduces the difference in the
upper and lower widths of the parison due to vertical stretching,
so that improves the uniformity of product wall thickness.
Equipped with servo motor for oil pump, can save about 10 kWh of
electricity per hour. The longer cycle of the product, the more
significant energy saving effect is. And we use appropriate power,
so that the motor works at a suitable speed to extend the service
life of the motor and reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil.
