YK series high-speed high-voltage motors are large three-phase asynchronous motors. The working environment temperature is 0C~40℃, and the altitude does not exceed 90%. The insulation grade of the motor winding is F grade. Reliable performance in a variety of conditions. The windings are soaked in VPI vacuum and have a long service life. The allowable temperature rise of the motor is 80K.
The motor has two shaft extension ends, and either end can be used to drive the supporting machinery. An absolute current is generated between the bearing at one end of the motor and the base plate.

2 Model description
The motor model is composed of three parts: product code, specification code, and environmental code. The product code is represented by the motor series code, and the meanings are as follows:
YK-large high-speed high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor.
The specification code is composed of power, number of poles, and outer diameter of stator punching pieces.
3 Structure Description
The motor adopts the internationally popular box-type structure, the base and the end cover are welded by steel plates, with good rigidity and light weight. After removing the protective cover (or cooler), you can observe and access the inside of the motor, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the motor.
The stator adopts an external press-fit structure. The stator winding is made of Class F insulating material and anti-corona material, and the winding end is fixed by a special binding process, which is firm and reliable. The entire stator is treated with vacuum pressure impregnated Class F solvent-free paint (VPI). As a result, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance and moisture-proof and impact-resistant capabilities.
This series of motors adopts seat type sliding bearings, and the motor has a mounting base. The protection level of its basic type is IP23, IP44, IP54. For example, when the motor has a higher protection level, the protection level of the bearing is also increased. Generally, pressure circulation lubrication is adopted, and users need to configure a thin oil station according to the bearing oil quantity provided by our company.
The rotor fan adopts a high-efficiency, low-noise axial flow fan. Since the fan ventilation is directional, the motor needs to rotate in the specified direction and cannot be reversed.
The main junction box is a sealed structure, and the protection level is IP54. This series of motors is designed with 2 cylindrical shaft extensions of the same size, and the user can choose any shaft extension as the transmission end.
