The description of zirconia ceramic blade

Ceramic blade is made of zirconium oxide ceramics because of it's exceptional low thermal expansion cofficient, great wear resistant performance. We offer diversity of different grade material of zirconia, such as partial stablized zirconia, fully stablized zirconia.

All zirconium ceramic blades are with very high quality surface, with outstanding roughness and without any cracks.
We have developed a high-performance yttrium-reinforced zirconium oxide ceramic (TZP) for cutting yarns and textiles. It stands out from other materials with its extremely high cutting edge strength and excellent flexural strength and hardness. The use of 3Y-TZP cutters improves efficiency in cutting textile threads, which ultimately increases profitability.
