This kind of cutting tools is our hard rock wear-resistance series.
It has a high efficiency of rock drilling on well-developed mass of
rock formation with hardness between 45 MPA to 75 MPA. This conical
cutting tool has different carbide design with improved carbide
grade and cutting angle design. Through the control of radius of
carbide during the pressing precess, we produced different conicals
suited to specified working conditions and equipment.
The wider collar of the gage makes it working stably under abrasive
condition and provides maximum protection of the blocks and cutting
drums. It has commonly used in coal mine, roadway excavation,
tunnel engineering, cable & pipe channels trenching, and mulching
in agriculture and forestry industries.
This kind of cutting tool is popular in the application of minerals
and non-ferrous mines exploration, such as phosphate rocks,
neodymium iron rocks. As the cold intrusion process applied, it has
higher property of corrosion resistance, and it has applied by
Belarus client in mining of corrosive salt mines.
Products:
Our product are made of imported raw materials of carbide buttons,
and the steel bodies are produced by automobile cold forging
process.
Pointed Carbide buttons with slim body gives the cutting tools more
speed in excavation.
High purity flux and nickel based copper bond provide stronger and
reduce the grain growth of the base metal to prevent the decrease
of the mechanical property. There are hardfacing types of cutting
tools as well. This application of hardfacing enhances the strength
of the tips of crown, making the tool with a long life and highly
decreasing the frequency of the changing of the teeth.

Packing and Delivery:
All the cutting tools for rock or coal excavation are anti-rust oil
protected and sealed in the plastic boxes after the process of sand
blasting. After packing, these tools will be shipping with
logistics to worldwide by air or sea.
