Products Introduction
Electromagnetic singiedisc clutches/brakes has one friction pair,it
has festures of simple in structure,
convient in installation,high in work frequency,agile in
actuation,non-drag torque and low noise etc,
widely use in the machinery driving systems of printing
,papermaking ,pack-aging,medical treatment ,
texitile ,construction,boats and ships,office machine,the outer
equipment of the computer,meter
and instrument,communication etc,realize the functions of engaging
and disengaging,reversing
changing the directions,braking,positioning etc.
Dry single piece electromagnetic clutch: when the coil is
energized, magnetic force is generated. Under the action of
electromagnetic force, the spring plate of armature is deformed,
the moving disc is pulled together with the "armature", and the
clutch is in the engaged state; When the coil is powered off, the
magnetic force disappears, the "armature" bounces back under the
action of the elastic force of the spring plate, and the clutch is
in the disengaged state. Dry multi disc wet multi disc
electromagnetic clutch: the principle is the same as above. In
addition, several friction pairs are added. The torque of the same
volume is larger than that of the dry single disc electromagnetic
clutch. The wet multi disc electromagnetic clutch must be cooled
and lubricated by oil during operation
