What are the Mud Pump Cylinder Liners?
Mud Pump Cylinder Liners are the main expendable parts of mud pump
Fluid Ends. They are combined with Outer Shell and Inner Sleeve
compactly.
Cylinder Liners are available in two Styles:
A. BI-METAL CYLINDER LINERS Chrome-iron liners for standard service
B. ZIRCONIUM CERAMIC CYLINDER LINERS Zirconia-Ceramic liners for long lasting performance in situations
where normal liner change frequencies are too costly. can supply
both Ceramic and Bi-metal Liners for Emsco, Bomco,Gardner Denver,
National, Oilwell,, Ideco, and other pumps.
A. What is the Bi-Metal Cylinder Liner?
Bi-Metal Liner, also calls High-Chrome Liner, Super-Premium Liner, High Chrome Sleeve Liner,
and Supreme Liner. Bi-metal Cylinder Liners feature a forged ZG45 steel outer shell
and a high-chromium alloy cast iron inner sleeve.
Material:
Outer Hull(Shell): Forged by high-quality carbon steel 45#. Tensile strength is over
900000psi.
Inner Sleeve: Centrifugal casting by high carbon and high chromium cast iron
Chromium content: 26~28% High Surface Finish, Wear-resistant,
Corrosion-resistant, Longer service life.
What are Features of the Bi-Metal Cylinder Liners?
1. -- Forged wearproof steel outer shell.
2. -- 26~28% high Chrome alloy sleeve with extended polish for
longer-lasting performance.
3. -- Used as mud pump hydraulic end fittings in oil drilling.
4. -- HRC≥60-65 regarding Cr inner sleeve after heat treatment.
5. -- 2-3 times over common liners in working life and 1.5 times
less in price.
6. -- More than 800 hours service life.
7. -- Bi-metal Mud Pump Liner is currently the most widely used,
but also the largest amount of mud pump hydraulic end accessories.
8. -- Available in sizes from 4-1/2" to 7" to fit all major mud
pumps.
