Description:
The ultrasonic sewing machine is mainly composed of a 20Khz
ultrasonic transducer, a horn (fixed function), a tool head and a
dedicated CNC power supply, and a servo motor system is used to
drive the roller to work. The ultrasonic sewing machine uses
high-frequency vibration to transmit the sound wave to the welding
surface of the workpiece by the welding head, and instantly causes
the friction of the workpiece molecules to reach the melting point
of the plastic, thereby completing the rapid welding of solid
materials and completing the welding. When the non-woven material
passes between the ultrasonic welding heads, vibration will be
generated on the non-woven fabric and heat will be generated
rapidly. This heat causes the synthetic fibers of the non-woven
fabric to melt and solidify, creating a seam that will not fray or
tear, completely replacing traditional hand stitching.
