Electric Material Handling Cart

^{The Electric Material handling cart is designed for roll material handling. It is powered by towed cable or battery. There are mounted V-shapes and rollers on the carts to protect the coil from falling down from the handling cart. The V-shape supporting can be designed according to coil diameter, and roller distance can be adjusted as per coil diameter. V-shape supporting and roller can be removable from the handling carts. We can design a cart according to the workshop application, and material dimensions. It can be applied on all kinds of occasions even in severe working environments.}

Safety Device

^{1. Acousto-optic warning lamp (When the handling carts running, it will ring up to warn others.).}

^{2. Urgent stop button (When encountering unexpected situations, pressing the emergency stop button, the handling carts will immediately stop to ensure safety).}

^{3. E-stops (The induction switch is equipped on the front and rear of the coil handling carts, the cart will automatically stop when induction of obstacles, to ensure safe ).}

^{4. Collision avoidance device (to protect the handling carts from damage).}
