HR coils into flat plates through uncoiling, leveling and cutting
process.
This line consists of coil car double head uncoiler, hydraulic
pinch and coil peeler, pre-leveler, guiding device finish leveler,
encoder length gauge, shear, stacker, electric control system,
hydraulio system, etc

The process of edge-trimming and leveling:
Discharging—uncoiling—pressing & guiding—pinch and
pre-leveling—guiding—edge-trimming—scrap
winder—guiding—leveling—code and guage—cut to length—pinch and
falling—collecting—unloading.
