Mechanical features:
1. The electric control system adopts well-known controllers in
Japan, such as servo driver, servo motor, positioning module, CPU
Etc., strong performance and good stability.
2. Mitsubishi's super large CPU can accommodate 400 groups
programs. If it is insufficient, client can purchase another
transmission software and install it in the computer, store the
files on hard disk and expand the number of editing groups
infinitely.
3. Industrial computer type: it is equipped with Windows operating
system, which is matched with Mitsubishi servo system. In addition
to the advantages of Mitsubishi servo drive, it also has the
convenience of file management of Windows operating system. It can
also store files on hard disk or soft disk, and infinitely expand
the number of editing groups.
4. It has the function of automatically detecting errors and faults
and displaying them on the screen, so that the operator can easily
remove obstacles.
5. All processing data are input by touch screen.
6. Each bend can be changed according to different materials, and
the compensation value, speed and demoulding clearance can be set.
7. For each bend of the same pipe, seven action sequences and eight
speeds can be written separately, so that the operator can use them
together, improve work efficiency and reduce the interference
points of pipe fittings.
8. The touch screen can be switched between Chinese and English,
and other languages can also be ordered on demand.
9. The feeding shaft, elbow shaft and tilt shaft are driven by
servo motor, with high precision and good stability.
10. The feeding mode can be pinch feeding or direct feeding
according to different needs.
11. X.y.z. coordinates can be automatically converted into y.b.c.
processing values.
12. After the data is edited, it is protected by a key to prevent
the data from being modified arbitrarily.
13. The electric control system is equipped with heat exchanger for
automatic heat dissipation. If necessary, numerical control air
conditioner can be purchased to ensure the service life of the
electric control system.
14. An automatic oil filling system can be installed as required to
reduce the friction of the elbow, improve the service life of the
mandrel and ensure the quality of the elbow.
15. The printer can be connected to print the data displayed on the
screen.
16. The setting of feeding position, safety position, wheel die
interference position and guide die interference position of the
feeding trolley can be fine tuned by the hand wheel pulse
generator, and the position can be automatically memorized to
eliminate the loss of human measurement error and machine
collision.
17. The feeding shaft will be automatically detected before action
to avoid collision with the machine.
18. During the bending test, the decomposition action can be
selected, the interference points can be observed, and the action
can be modified to improve the efficiency
