Al. plate clamping and feeding base:
1. The bed rails on both sides of the clamp feeding base are made
up of welded steel beams. The hard chromium-plated guide rails on
one side and the plane guide rails on the other side are matched
with gears and gear row drives, and the magnetic ruler is matched
with the reducer and the two kilowatt daily servo motor for precise
and fast driving positioning. The maximum speed is 6 m/min.
▲ Compressed beam structure:
1. Adopt the integral pressure beam structure, gear rack and
cylinder collocation, evenly drive the pressure beam to rise and
press down the sheet material. The pressure is evenly distributed
on both sides of the cutting center line. When the rubber strip is
installed at the bottom of the pressure beam to avoid pressing, the
surface of the work object is pressed to ensure the precise cutting
quality.
Saw seat:
1. Parallel linear slideway design can effectively reduce the
moving inertia of the saw seat, improve the smooth performance of
the giant seat, and effectively reduce the sway of the movement to
achieve the best cutting line accuracy.
2. The main saw motor is 20HP (18.5 kW). Its huge stroke adopts 2HP
(1.5 kW) frequency conversion motor to drive with reducer and
precision gear teeth row. The main saw matches up and down action
of oil cylinder, so sawing is more powerful, avoiding the
phenomenon of jamming and crushing caused by traditional chain
transmission.
3. Saw blade cutting location can automatically locate the rising
cutting position according to program width editing settings to
start cutting.
4. A square tubular dust collecting trough is arranged under the
saw seat, and two sides of the film cover each other and extend to
the tail end of the cutting to ensure that the dust collecting
trough achieves the highest dust collecting effect.
5. The maximum cutting speed of the sawblade stroke is 6 m/min and
7 m/min. The cutting speed can be adjusted by the panel knob
according to the height of the cutting workpiece, and the cutting
speed can be changed in real time. Users can adjust their
preference needs according to the nature of the cutting objects.
▲ Main Workbench:
The main working table is also a floating table. Copper air float
beads are arranged on the hard chrome plated panel. Under the
condition of enhanced durability, the working efficiency of the
worker's upper sheet metal is also improved.
▲ Clamps:
1. Standard configuration of number of work clamps: 8 pcs of
clamps.
2. Each clamp is equipped with a cylinder to pull the workpiece
sheet in a lever way, so that when it pulls the workpiece, it can
ensure that the working material does clamp the sheet.
▲ Dust-proof sheet
The segmental dustproof sheet adopts transparent plastic sheet,
which can effectively restrain dust ejection and achieve safety
protection function.
▲ Electronic control box configuration:

4. Electronic parts do not need cooling system at all. For
