The performance characteristics,

• Forward and backward the plates holder (Y1 axis) movement, up and down (Z axis) movement and front and rear (Y2 axis) movement of the end press material are controlled by CNC system, AC servo motor drive, ball screw drive, high control precision, accurate positioning Features.

• The left and right (X-axis) movement of the beam is driven by an Servo unit speed adjustable and the helical gear and the rack-and-pinion drive have the characteristics of high speed and strong load capacity.

• The hydraulic clampinging system can adaptively press the side of the workpiece and the feeding side according to different thicknesses, which is one of the effective measures to ensure the processing precision and repeatability.

• The compressed air/water blowing and cooling system not only prevents the cutting waste from scratching the surface of the workpiece, but also improves the life of the knifes.

• The V-cut machine uses 3 knives to process "V" slot, so the cutting amount is evenly distributed and the deformation of the workpiece is reduced.
